2024-2025 Enrollment
The lottery application for the 2024-2025 school year is live on our website, and you may access it from our homepage or the Prospective Parents dropdown menu. The deadline to submit applications to be included in the lottery is January 31, 2024 at midnight. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be included in the lottery, and will be added to the wait list on a first come, first served basis.
Applications do not roll from one year to the next. If you applied for the current school year but did not receive an enrollment spot, you will need to reapply for the upcoming school year. If you do not remember your log in credentials, please DO NOT create a new account; it will not link with the existing account, and the software will not allow you to duplicate a student. Instead, please contact the office for assistance at 303-759-2076, and press 5. The "reset password" option does not seem to be consistently reliable, so it is best to contact the office to get your password reset.

Annual student fees for 2023-2024 have been set as follows:
Total Fees by Grade Level:
- Grades K-5 $1,056
- Grades 6-8 $1,249
- Grades 9-12 $1,430
Fieldwork Fees:
- Kindergarten - 5th grade $561
- 6th - 8th grade $754
- 9th - 12th grade $935
Transportation Fee: $78 per student
Technology Fee: $104 per student
Instructional Support Supply Fee: $313 per student
Enrolled students may apply for financial aid. Financial aid guidelines and application are available at this link. The amount of financial aid available is limited, and is awarded in the order that completed applications, with the accompanying federal tax return, are received. The deadline for submitting a completed financial aid application is October 31st, and applications with the supporting tax document should be sent to the attention of RMSEL’s Finance Director, Julie Stelzer.
