Registration for the 2018-2019 school year will take place on Tuesday, July 31, 2018, for all enrolled students. The times are from 7:30 a.m. until 12:00 noon, and 1:00-5:30 p.m. Please make sure you have completed the online registration process prior to coming to Registration on July 31st. You will need to print out, complete, and bring the required forms from online registration, as well as medical history or medication forms, with you. Required forms include:
- Permission to Participate (all students)
- Climbing Wall Release (all students)
- Risk Acknowledgement (all students)
- Fee Payment Acknowledgement & Agreement (all students)
- Student Responsibility Contract (grades 6-12 only)
- Medical History & Physical Exam (all students)
- Any necessary medical forms as noted on the Medical History & Physical Exam form
All of the above forms will be downloadable from the online registration, and are also posted on our website, under Parents, then Forms for Parents.
IMPORTANT NOTE re Medical/Medication Forms:
All medical forms have been revised, and beginning with the 2018-2019 school year, ALL students must submit a completed Medical History form annually; the form will cover the student for the school year, including any athletics.
Student Medical History forms and any corresponding forms, including asthma/allergy/general/etc., and any medication forms (prescription or over the counter; one medication per form), must be turned in at Registration. Missing forms will result in the inability to complete Registration, and necessitate returning to RMSEL again in order to complete Registration. Students will not be able to attend school without the required medical forms.
Middle and High School students: Any and all medications must be turned in at Registration, due to the fall trip schedules. Missing medications may result in the student being unable to participate in the trip.
RMSEL is no longer able to provide any over the counter medications for students. If your child may need Tylenol/Advil/Benadryl or any other over the counter medication during the course of the school year, you must provide it for them. Because crew leaders must take medications with them when they leave campus, we respectfully request that liquid medications are NOT provided for students; rather, please provide chewable medications for younger students.
Please note that all required forms must be completed and appropriately signed in order to complete Registration. Incomplete forms will NOT be accepted, and this will require you to return on another day to complete Registration.
Student photos will be taken at Registration, so please have your student(s) dress appropriately. Students will receive their photo ID that day.
If you have any questions regarding Registration, please call the office at 303-759-2076.
