Download the following forms and submit them with the appropriate athletic fee to Natalie Newton prior to the registration deadline. These packets are also available in the paper rack next to the main office.
- Athletics Registration Form - form is required for each sport a student signs up for
- Interscholastic Participant Form - this form is turned in once and covers all sports for the school year
- Player/Parent Responsibility Contract - this form is turned in once and covers all sports for the school year
