RMSEL Shadow Days -- 6th - 11th Grade Only

7th and 8th Grade Shadow Days

7th and 8th grade shadow days are a mandatory full-day experience in which rising seventh and eighth grade students have the opportunity to shadow a current RMSEL seventh or eighth grader in their classes, participate in the daily fitness activities, and spend time in a personalized get-to-know-you session with a RMSEL administrator. These days give students a clear sense of what RMSEL is all about and help them feel better prepared to join our crew in the fall. If your child applies to RMSEL and is offered a seat for the following school year, our enrollment coordinator will email you with more details regarding the March 11th, 2027 middle school shadow day from 7:40 to 3:00. We will also host a new-to-RMSEL family mixer and information session for all new-to-RMSEL parents and guardians from 3:00 - 4:30 pm in room 201 on March 11th, 2026. Students and families are invited and attendance is highly encouraged.

9th - 11th grade shadow day experiences
