Enrolled students may apply for financial aid.  The amount of financial aid available is limited, and is awarded in the order that completed applications, with the accompanying federal tax return, are received. The deadline for submitting a completed Financial Aid application is October 31st.

Medical Forms/Permission to Participate- for Registration

COMPLETE Medical History and Exam Record + Allergy & Anaphylaxis Emergency Care Plan, Medical Orders & Self Carry Care Plan (UPDATED APRIL 2026)

  • All RMSEL students are required to submit a new Medical History and Physical Exam Record each year during Registration. This will cover the student for the school year.
  • Please take this form with you to your child's doctor appointment so that the physician may complete and sign the form.
  • Pages 1-2 are to be completed by the parent, with the remaining pages to be completed by the physician, including the physician's signature on page 5.
    • Note: If your child has asthma or an EpiPen or takes prescription medications, please be sure to sign the Parent Signature line on those portions of the form (pages following page 5 on the Complete Medical History and Exam Record file). The pages following page 5 are not required if they are not applicable to your student.
  • Be proactive; don't wait until July to schedule your child's appointment! Being prepared ahead of time will greatly reduce your stress during registration!

ALL STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE REGISTRATION EACH YEAR. Early Bird Registration will be available from April 20th thru May 8th; otherwise, Registration must be completed by July 24, 2026. The majority of Registration will be completed online, with the form below needing to be turned in to the main office along with the Medical History & Physical Exam form.
Registration paperwork MUST be submitted in person to the main office for review and verification of full completion, whether during the Early Bird Registration window or later in July.  Incomplete paperwork will be returned to the parent. 

Permission to Participate FORM

Annual student fees for 2026-2027 have been set as follows:
 
Total Fees by Grade Level:
  • Grades K-5: $1,267
  • Grades 6-8: $1,499
  • Grades 9-12: $1,716
The fees include the following:
Fieldwork/Crew Trip Fees:
  • Kindergarten - 5th grade   $673
  • 6th - 8th grade                   $905
  • 9th - 12th grade                 $1122
Transportation Fee:   $94 per student
Technology Fee:   $125 per student
Instructional Support Supply Fee:   $375 per student
 
Landmark Crew trips occur in 5th, 8th, and 11th/12th. These trips require an additional trip fee that includes the cost of plane tickets.
 
Enrolled students may apply for financial aid. Financial aid guidelines and applications are available at this link. The amount of financial aid available is limited and is awarded in the order that completed applications, with the accompanying federal tax return, are received. The deadline for submitting a completed financial aid application was October 31st, and applications with the supporting tax document should be sent to the attention of RMSEL’s Director of Operations Lindsay Emery.
